Today in EXP class, we also went out onto the basketball court, did some stretching/warm ups and a competitive, but fun race. Our students need to be constantly reminded of the need to stretch and warm up muscles before doing any physical activity. Rock climbing requires stretching the body into some unusual manoeuvres. Therefore, in order to prevent any injury or discomfort, warm ups are essential.
